Ignis is a medium-capacity reversible heat pump designed for commercial and industrial sites with moderate energy demands. With heating capacities from 30 kW to 145 kW and cooling from 30 kW to 125 kW, it offers an efficient dual-function system without the need for separate heating and cooling units.

Built using R290 refrigerant and full-inverter technology, Ignis is part of Refra’s energy-efficient, environmentally focused product range. It can operate in heating mode at ambient temperatures as low as -15°C, making it suitable for year-round use.

The compact frame is built with EC fan motors, finned tube heat exchangers, and reciprocating compressors. It’s constructed from galvanised, powder-coated steel and insulated with 20 mm of non-flammable PU foam for added noise control. A 50 mm rock wool layer is available for quieter operation.

Ignis supports natural refrigeration systems and R290 heat pump systems and is available in Australia through Hussmann.
