They have grown from one shop in Altona Meadows in 2014 to a thriving business that reaches all parts of Melbourne and now Geelong. 

These locally picked meats are sourced from only highest-rated markets, fishermen’s cooperatives, farmers and producers across Victoria. The store provides the feel of an old-style-market with spruikers and cooking demonstrations at the storefronts, making this store format one of a kind.
