Over Sean’s 5 years in logistics at Hussmann, he manages the operations for spare parts, warehouse and 3PL warehouses, receiving containers and dispatching orders for our customers. With his experience working closely with our Hong Kong and China subsidiaries and various partners – he utilises these relationships to diversify our range of solutions to meet customers’ expectations.

“We work in ‘real-time’. This makes it easier to deal with requests and get the quickest solutions when our customers ask us. Especially in last-minute and urgent situations where case parts are critical to our customer’s business operations.”

Logistics highlights for Sean are when he coordinates and achieves the successful delivery of urgent customer requests, “Getting critical parts requests from our customers, arranging them to be picked up on the same day and delivered the next comes with its challenges. Managing that end-to-end process and delivering on time is really rewarding.”
