Solis+ high-power reversible heat pumps are built for industrial and commercial buildings with high heating and cooling demands. With heating capacities from 55 kW to 550 kW and cooling from 60 kW to 480 kW, they offer a practical dual-purpose solution. Commonly used in large supermarkets, warehouses, and factories, these units reduce the need for separate systems, saving on space and installation.

Using R290 refrigerant and full-inverter technology, Solis+ forms part of Refra’s efficient, environmentally conscious range. The units can provide heating at outdoor temperatures as low as -15°C, delivering reliable performance all year round.

Designed with three independent circuits, the system keeps operating even if one is down. During defrost cycles, two circuits continue heating while one defrosts, helping to maintain stable water temperatures.

The modular frame is fitted with EC fan motors, finned tube heat exchangers, and reciprocating compressors. Larger raised coils improve drainage and make defrosting easier. The powder-coated galvanised steel frame is insulated with 20 mm of non-flammable PU foam, with the option to add 30 mm of rock wool for quieter operation.

Available through Hussmann Australia, Solis+ is well-suited to projects using natural refrigeration systems and R290 heat pump systems.
