Sabine leads the Finance team across Oceania. Before joining us, Sabine demonstrated her leadership while working as a Finance Director for the Asia Pacific region at IPC. Prior to IPC, Sabine worked at Compass Group as a General Manager of Procurement Operations and Analytics. With over 20 years of financial experience, Sabine provides exemplary commercial skills and business awareness to maintain Hussmann's financial excellence. Sabine holds a master's degree majoring in Finance and Accounting and is well-versed in Management, Financial Modelling and Business Planning.
Gregory has more than 30 years’ experience in the refrigeration industry, in both local and overseas markets. This includes over 20 years’ experience with Hussmann in executive and strategic management positions, where he has been instrumental in driving our agile approach to dynamic customer requirements.
He is an accomplished executive leader with expertise in a diverse range of business operations, including strategic and global business development, engineering, construction, operations, channel management and industrial services. Gregory is particularly skilled in engaging with clients to build sustainable and collaborative relationships and encouraging his teams to do the same.
Gregory’s qualifications include: Assoc. Diploma of Business, Marketing, 2003; Associate Diploma of Engineering – 1995; Advanced Certificate Refrigeration – 1989; Certificate of Trade Studies (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning) – 1987; Ingersoll Rand University Candidate Assessment and Selection Sydney 2009; Ingersoll Rand University Coaching for Performance Sydney 2009.
Michael leads the Operations team across Oceania.
Michael has had more than 14 years’ experience within the business. Commencing his professional career with Hussmann as a Design Engineer, Michael formed sound knowledge in refrigeration design.
Michael's contribution in this role was the development of many new refrigerated, frozen and heated display cabinets for specific customer requirements.
A career progression led to the role of Technical Account Manager and then as the Woolworths Key Account Manager at Hussmann for nearly 4 years.
With a strong foundation in leadership, technical background, understanding of the business and commercial strategy he transitioned into Operations in 2018.
Michael studied Bachelor of Industrial Design Engineering and has a Master of Business Management from Western Sydney University.
Allen is a senior business executive with wide experience and a proven track record from leading multinational companies of diversified industrial sectors including sugar-making machinery, chemical processing, paper production, paper machinery as well as marine & offshore etc.
Allen has accumulated rich knowledge across industries and developed his strong leadership over past decades through engaging in or leading various kinds of strategic projects such as building up a green-field chemical plant, acquiring and localizing technologies, incubating and developing new business, transforming the organisation, business turn-around etc.
Allen was a certified mechanical engineer since 1993; he holds a B.Sc. degree with a major in mechanical engineering from SJTU (1988), an MBA degree from CEIBS (2001), and TPM graduation certificate from INSEAD (2014).
Nick’s role at Hussmann follows a 20-year career in sales and marketing management for Panasonic consumer products. This gives him in-depth technical knowledge that underpins his leadership of Hussmann’s New Zealand operations. Nick’s experience in business transformation provides the confidence that Hussmann will continue to grow as a diverse, stable and profitable company.
He is an expert in establishing effective client partnerships, forming long-term business relationships, based on mutual benefit. Nick balances the company’s trusted historical reliability and excellence with innovation and a constant drive for improvement in both product and business systems. His success is built on long-term strategy and vision built on a strong personal relationships and uncompromised product quality and workmanship.
Lance takes overall responsibility for implementing New Zealand Branch and National Service Contracts strategies and annual financial results. With over 30 year’s experience within the HVAC and Refrigeration industry and the past 23 years in senior management roles, including branch, service, National Service Management, Company directorship and part of the Oceania Leadership team, his thorough knowledge of the industry is founded from the ground up, in both operational disciplines and substantial management roles. With a passion for building high performing teams and a key focus and dedication on building skills within our industry and within McAlpine Hussmann, Lance is heavily involved in the development of our apprentices, our technicians, and our managers alike. Lance has a strong understanding of the needs and demands of managing a Nationwide Branch Network and Service operation. Our existing network of branches and subcontractors are coordinated through the sound management structure and performance culture that Lance has put in place. His customer focus and strategy of building the Branch network and National Service Contracts department to be the most successful within our industry, has cemented McAlpine Hussmann as the premier Refrigeration and Air Conditioning provider in New Zealand.
Tim Collings is the People, Culture & Sustainability Director for Hussmann Oceania. With over 20 years of experience in leadership development and sustainability, Tim is an expert in guiding leaders to become regenerators of self, organizations, and broader systems. Tim holds a Bachelor (Honours) in Organisational Behaviour and an Executive Qualification in High Impact Leadership. Tim is certified in Leadership Coaching, the Neuroscience of Change, Systems Thinking and is a practitioner of Narrative Coaching, Integrated Development, Regenerative Change Agent Development, the Art of Hosting for Participative Leadership & the UNESCO Futures Literacy framework. He works with individuals, teams, organizations & communities to align their values and purpose to meaningful work and activate their potential. Tim is currently exploring the role of leaders in regenerative futures and developing collective narratives to enable enhanced organizational collaboration, community cohesion, and societal resilience. Tim co-convenes the ANZ region for the Climate Coaching Alliance, is a member of the 2021 cohort of the Climate Reality Leadership Corp, and host and producer of the Better World Leaders podcast.
