These refrigeration units are being sold "AS IS" with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied.

The buyer acknowledges that they have inspected this refrigeration unit and are satisfied with its condition. The seller makes no representations or warranties regarding the unit's condition, mechanical fitness, or history. All prior and existing warranties, if any, are hereby disclaimed.

The buyer assumes all risks and liabilities associated with the ownership and operation of this refrigeration unit, including but not limited to any defects, hidden or otherwise, cosmetic damage, or performance issues. The seller shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the purchase or use of this unit.

Some units may be new, while others have been in storage and may exhibit cosmetic damage. The buyer is advised to inspect the unit thoroughly before purchase.

By purchasing this refrigeration unit, the buyer agrees to hold the seller harmless from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the purchase or use of this unit.

The buyer agrees to ex works freight terms and stock availability is guarantee by payment only.
